Myra at the front desk was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was complete! Steve also makes the BEST cocktails! The staff was courteous and friendly! Loved the breakfast each day and the scallops were great!

The closet door was stuck shut so hard that I thought it must be a locked connecting door into another room. I stopped trying to pry it open and only after complaining at check out did I find out it was a "Door to the closet

“I paid $800 for 2 nights in a resort that dismissed our comfort”
Ants in the bathroom floor Stomping from guests above us first night they said they'd send security up to resolve the problem. Before daylight the next morning the Stomping woke me. You could hear through Stomping exactly where the people were walking in their room. I immediately let them know again and they after a while wanted to move our room to the top floor instead of addressing with guest above. Our view would change and my daughter wanted a view and this trip was about her. They argued with me about our room not really having a view, but we could see the ocean perfectly.
