“Downtown nostalgia”
The downtown building reflects1970's architectural features; business focused, large and impersonal. Probably re-decorated in the early 2000's with dark and light grey tones. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is knowledable and cour teous. The problem is to get to and from the comfortable rooms because of downtown parking and elevator rush hours. It may be a good idea to book weekends here since the park meters are off at the weekends. The scenic river definitely makes your stay worth while.

“Great place for anyone staying in the Twin Cities”
Great place to stay in down town St. Paul, close to Union Depot for Amtrak connections and Central station for light rail connections. Room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff couldn't have done more to help - train chaos meant I got here five hours before checkin, but they found a room that was available for me despite this.

I requested a room overlooking the Mississippi which got 😄 The hotel had a bar and restaurant attached which had a good range of drinks, a friendly barman and tasty food. The room were clean quite spacious.

“Valet was my favorite & the most welcoming. Valet is 10/10 Robert & Jared were amazing!”
The room was good, but it was cold. We also got a space heater & it broke so we got another one & that one was broke. But everything else was good! Valet was my favorite the valet people were so welcoming & nice!
