“Convenient for a overnight break from Amtrak”
Amazing old post office building, literally across the road from the union station, easy 30min metro ride into Minneapolis, room was large and clean, they let us check in early which was great after 24hr train trip.

Well designed, but execution was lacking: we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet (it was 7PM), and then the next room had a towel rack that was broken and laying on the vanity.

“Very quiet, clean, large, comfortable room”
This hotel is located across the street from the Amtrak station. Our room was large, spacious, nicely furnished and dead silent. Easy walking distance to science museum, gangster caves, European Christmas market, several good restaurants.

“Central stay with the friendliest staff”
Location was good close to the river. Rooms and bathrooms very big and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful. We had problems with our connecting tour and they went out of their way to assist us with making arrangements for our tour changes. We would not have been able to make the change and join the tour on time without them. Very grateful to them. The day we arrived was July 4th and again the staff on duty were extremely helpful in guiding us around and making sure we got some food when all the restaurants in the area were closed. Really amazing to experience such great people!

The space is gorgeous and felt very luxury - adding great value to the stay! The customer service and welcome was very professional and courteous. Even had a front desk agent follow up after giving me directions, which was very considerate. Well done.
