“Overall the best experience”
The staff was so approachable and fun to interact with. The room itself was maintained and cleaned really well. The convenience of the hotel being so close to the venue of the event we went to was a plus. I enjoyed my stay as a whole.

“Good option”
My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit. All day tea and coffee is always a treat.

Erroneously booked the incorrect date, tried to change the booking to an earlier date but couldn’t be assisted by hotel staff nor Bookings. Checked in and paid again on the dates required, still no refund or response. Leaves a poor taste as the hotel is pretty good but either the communication internally or with Bookings is poor!

We paid Good Money(different Rate with Booking.com)and wanted at least a Little comfort…no aduquate Information Desk-terriblebreakfast without vegan choices or healthy choices 🤮Pool was small-Laut Noise from outside air condition/we hat ours Turned off!!!never again …..
