“Lovely 😊”
it’s in a quiet tranquil location, the breakfast was delicious including the home made fig jam and freshly squeezed orange juice. Bed comfortable and a small fridge in the room was appreciated. nothing was too much trouble. They prepared me a meat and cheese platter and salad in the evening by prior arrangement too. oh, and extremely hot s the air conditioning was appreciated too. 🥵

The proprietor (Estelle, I believe was her name) went out of her way to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. The room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast the following morning was laid upon the table beautifully and tasted superb. The property was off the beaten track hidden amongst vineyards in the commune of Saint-Paul - very much to my liking - and so I was able to enjoy a very peaceful night’s sleep before heading on to my next destination. A lovely stay!

“A good spot to break the journey from Portugal to the UK, situated just north of Bordeaux .”
The quality of the breakfast was much appreciated : home grown orange juice ; marmalade ; fresh eggs . The internet is adversely affected if there is a strong wind. Do arrange to eat in in advance at the house , local restaurants a few and reflect a depressed economy . Madame is a most excellent cook .
