A fantastic location for exploring the area, made even better by local information provided to us by the hosts, who couldn't be more helpful; they certainly want you to enjoy your stay with them and kept checking to make sure everything was ok, which it was. We certainly visited locations that we otherwise would have missed. Local train station is only 5 kilometres away and made getting to Monaco, Nice and Cannes so much easier than driving. Swimming pool was amazing and larger than we were expecting. Large supermarket only a 5 minute drive away. Perfect and highly recommended.

The accommodation was spotless! The hosts were exceptional & couldn’t do enough to help us! Having an outside swimming pool at your disposal was superb! And the location was perfect for our needs!!

I cannot fault anything about our stay with Claire and Jean Michele at au vallon rouge. Right from the start, we were made to feel at home . We walked up to St Paul de Vence each morning for breakfast, a 30 min. uphill hike not for the faint hearted but worth it , but we are both 65 and made it. The pool was a godsend after a day of exploring in 30 degree heat. We were given fantastic ideas and maps for touring each day. Which reminds me you do need a car. Overall a lovely experience. Thank you both.

“We had a lovely stay, our hosts were very attentive and happy to help with all our needs.”
Location was excellant for us as we had a car. We walked to get the train to Nice although our hosts did offer to drive us but we like to walk. The walk to the train was approx 50 mins.
