Host was welcoming and helped us practice our French by speaking slowly and clearly. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The outdoor area was very pleasant. We really recommend staying here.

For a small cottage, the lounge/dining room is very spacious and light, with patio doors onto the south facing terrace, which is next to a river over the wall. The view across the fields is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped and the boundary is secure which was ideal for our labrador. The house and the grounds are immaculate and the setting is delightful. Jean-Claude Longere was very kind and helpful about the local area. There are bicycles available.

Well appointed, comfortable and really lovely apartment. Comfy beds, spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. A great outdoor patio for sunbathing and enjoying a lovely view of the countryside and local charollais cows :-) Easy reach of the off road Loire valley cycle track. Quiet area. Hosts kind and helpful.

The accommodation is actually in two parts. The bigger one is where the sleeping quarters are and the smaller one has a lovely balcony which overlooks the river. We sat out there for our evening meal and saw a hover-hawk and a family of water voles. The area is totally enclosed which is good if you have children or a dog. The kitchen is the best equipped holiday let kitchen I have ever seen.
