Jan & Loes are warm and caring hosts. They served a delicious breakfast which made the mornings extra special. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved our stay!!

Stylish, spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Generous and friendly hosts. Excellent value for money. Faultless breakfasts in a cosy kitchen and evening meals on the terrace, weather permitting...cats and hens...lawns, butterflies and flowers...and a sonoruous clock to chime out the time.

“Charming and relaxing”

We liked the environment that was so calm and relaxing. The hosts are great and really do care about your well-being. So much choice for breakfast from cheese to yoghurts or ham or eggs or jam, honey... The room was clean and you've got the choice between a shower or a bath, very comfy beds as well. We simply loved our stay.

“An absolute little gem of a place”

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! Jan contacted me prior to my stay to ensure that I had received the instructions on how to find their lovely place. When I got there, both Jan and Loes were so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel right at home. Their place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and I was encouraged to enjoy the environment. The room was so beautiful, and the most comfortable room I have stayed in a long time. I will absolutely be booking to stay here again

“Stunning property run by lovely people.”

Absolutely gorgeous renovated mill in tranquil and peaceful location. The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfy large double bed and the ensuite bathroom was total luxury with huge bath tub and wet room style shower. The breakfast was exceptional all laid out with fresh home baked bread, more like a feast. We opted to have the four course dinner in the evening which is offered and we were glad we did as it was lovely home cooked food. We shared the dinner table with the hosts and their friends, we felt like guests at a dinner party. The hosts made us feel very welcome and inclusive and we truly enjoyed the evening, good food with good company. I asked my husband if he had any comments to add to this review? He replied "superb, the hosts are lovely people, the sort of people you would like as our friends". I agree they are very friendly, warm and welcoming hosts. Would highly recommend to friends and family and we will be certainly making a return visit to further explore the stunning surrounding countryside and lakes. One of the nicest B and B 's we have ever stayed at.
