I can totally recommend this place. The place is hidden from busy sights and so it is very tranquil and peaceful with a gorgeous view of quiet pond yet not too far from a town nor beach. The room was nicely decorated for its comfort and was super clean and tidy. The owner knows everything in Town and was very so supportive and caring. Don’t miss his restaurant lists in the brochure in the room. We picked all the restaurants during our stays from it and they were all fantabulous. This guy is a Gourmand.

Remy and Yamina are the perfect hosts! Getting to their place feels like coming home. The apartment is just perfect and I would have loved to stay longer. It can’t get any better!

We had such a wonderful stay with Remy and Yasmine at the Carambola Residence. The apartment had everything we needed and had such a great vibe. It felt very welcoming and the terrace was just amazing. Remy was very helpful in providing information and the checkin/checkout process was very smooth. Would recommend everyone to stay here when going to Saint Martin!

Absolutely incredible stay. 10/10 right from the very start. Prior to arriving, Remy got in touch with us to provide details about our stay, as well as information about the island. We were welcomed by our host upon arrival and were given a tour of the residence. Each morning we were able to witness fantastic sunrises from the huge balcony. The decor inside is perfect.

Very nice and well decorated and equipped with all the necessary and even more apartment with an amazing terrace from which you can see sunsets and sunrises. The location is very convenient to visit the island, there are nice beaches and restaurants/shops nearby (though you need car anyway if you want to have an idea about the island) and you can reach Orient Bay in 10 minutes walk. And for sure, thank you to the owner, Rémy, who helped us a lot during our stay on the island with all kind of things, including boat tour organisation (which was also amazing) and were alvays in connection with us. Thank you very much, we spent a magnificent holiday!

everything. the list is long: 1. the location, in the most beautiful area of the Island 2 in a few minutes you are everywhere, you can reach wild beaches, equipped beaches, restaurants, shops, beach club, but still remaining in a quiet position 3 the apartment is a dream, large, beautiful, furnished with incredible taste. perfect for a Caribbean getaway 4 from the terrace you can enjoy the incredible panorama, enchanted sunrises, beautiful sunsets. Get yourself a bottle of champagne or whatever you like to drink and wait for the sun to go down on the terrace 5 the kindness and helpfulness of the owner: he gave us a special welcome, he helped us in the practical arrangements, he made himself available for advice, reservations, etc. 6 different options for markets are close this place will stay in our hearts and I can't recommend it highly enough
