Clean room, good location, and quiet neighbourhood. The place is at a walking distance from the university and there many places around for eating. It's also very close to the tram station.

“Comfortable stay with great service”
We stayed here for one night just to sleep during a stop on our trip, and everything went very well. They kindly accepted our reservation at short notice. The room was large and spacious, and we slept very comfortably and peacefully. The property offers private parking with security cameras, and we could even see our car directly from the room, which was very reassuring. Breakfast was very good, with some interesting and tasty options, and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. A great choice for a short, comfortable stay.

Very well equipped residence with laundry facilities and private parking. Near shopping mall with cheaper petrol station compared to others nearby. Highway entrance nearby. Price was very good.
