“Quiet, village centre location with amenities on the doorstep.”

The apartment was in a good central location in the heart of a lovely medieval village with a couple of small shops, great bar, pizzeria and other amenities.

Thanks for cute and nice welcoming. Cute place in the center of town. It was nice from them to leave coffee and tea for us but the cattle didn’t work😀 It’s okay, we warmed up water in a different way.

Lovely village Hotel. Very comfortable and good facilities. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open on the night we stayed but got a decent meal just up the road. Fine breakfast.

Location. The room was exceptional. large and with a beautiful balcony

Not a great deal. After a long days travelling, we found out we had missed the lady’s email for arrival, so she came to let us in, she was not happy. We tried to contact her about breakfast, but got no reply. We left early.

Break was good and host welcoming. Basic facilities but large comfortable space with small balcony area

The property was Located in the most beautiful medieval town. There was a Restaurant and bar a couple of minutes walk from the property & a lovely bakery across the road.. gorgeous place to visit.

“Excellent hotel located in a lovely small medieval town”

Simply an amazing place. I spend two nights here. The room was large and comfortable, and very clean. I can recommend their restaurant: perfect authentic French cuisine (lots'o meat though, so maybe not as great for vegetarians). I was traveling by bicycle, and they had a perfect spot for it. I would definitely return should I come to visit Saint Macaire again.

This is a well located Apart Hotel just off the village centre. Unfortunately we were not informed that the restaurant belonging to the apartments was not going to be open and the only other bar in the village has a jazz band playing and was fully booked for the whole evening. We manged to get to a small supermarket just before they closed and obtained some convenience food which we were able to cook in the apartment.
