“very poor”
We couldn't get in the property for 2 hours and had a real hassle to get the code even though i had paid in full and the deposit links sent would not open .It is not 3 bedrooms! One of the "bedrooms" is a small mezzanine above the toilet accessed up some ladders , a "room" in my opinion needs to have a door on it. The wi-fi didn't work for half the stay until we discovered it was unplugged. I expressed my dissatisfaction weeks ago and am still awaiting a response
