The hotel is conveniently located as a stopover along Route 66, making it a practical choice for travelers on the road. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and communication pleasant. The mattress provided a comfortable night’s sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was adequate,enough for a decent rinse after a long day of driving.

Staff readily switched us to another room

Calm area, lobby staff helpful. In a nice Italian neighborhood with nice restaurants. Close to the beautiful park with free museums and zoo. Can take bus 90 to metro station though better have a car for flexibility. Good internet.

I had a wonderful time, arriving shortly before midnight had no problems checking in :) The hotel is close to everything, I even walked to the arch and back! The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to forest park and all the museums and you feel relaxed being in that area without all the hassle/stress to do everything in one day from the downtown area. Big applause for all of the staff for being wonderful and caring about my stay, If i'm visiting St louis again, Red roof inn will always be my choice of stay

I had to return the remote that someone had stolen 7 times before they could find the remote that worked with my TV.

“Colin the young man at the desk did such a phenomenal job with helping me I really appreciate him.”

Every was great I just didn’t have a tv remote and I did let the receptionist know that there wasn’t one in there and told me it was no problem so that was good. I didn’t want to get charged for something that was me.

The price in booking is fake, they will have a lot of hidden charges cost. And it’s no room service, we must ask them so many times, then they will arrange worker to do it. It’s really bad experience in this hotel.

“One night stay”

It was quite an unusual experience; it was my inaugural stay at a motel. While the room was tidy, it had a strong scent of cleaning supplies, although my husband remarked he'd be concerned if it smelled differently. Additionally, we had to pay extra for a room with a refrigerator and microwave.

It was conveniently located. It was priced pretty low.

I couldn’t open the door, I went to the front desk 3 times because the key never worked. The a/c was broken, didn’t work during the entire night. fortunately I was too drunk and I just passed out the whole night. Otherwise it would have been a horrible experience. The room was clean and bed was ok. In my opinion I won’t book this hotel again
