I booked three rooms through booking, but the reception can only find two, then the beautiful girl at the reception contacted with booking and booked the third one by manual and I paid these three rooms at the updated prices which are 120 dollars more than I booked through booking. But the next early morning, the hotel deducted my credit card for another room, therefore totally 4 rooms I paid. I contacted the reception and they agreed that the 4th or the 3rd room rate by manual shouldn’t be deducted and they will return the payment back. But till now I still haven’t received any payment return.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean Could hear outside the room.

Good from previous guest was left in the fridge. Bathroom needed additional attention

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect. I went to the Beyonce concert and the hotel was located right next to the venue and was walking distance. Also the Blues Museum and other food places were in a short walking distance from the hotel. The overall room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. After the concert it was really hot outside and the hotel staff provided water for all the guests walking back inside.

How close the hotel was to the Dome at America's Center. We were able to walk to the event instead of driving. This made it very convenient for us.

Room was very dirty upon arrival. Men’s whiskers all over vanity in bathroom. When we went to get into bed at 1030 there were bed bugs and we had to leave the hotel at midnight. It was confirmed by staff that they were in fact bedbugs. Very disappointed.

bed was superbly comfortable, I slept pretty well, loved the coffee service and room. Kuna at the bar was the BEST waitress every personal, fun and spot on with her service. She's amazing

Nice Room. Bathroom a bit small. Parking was much better than most large cities. Location was good. Desk staff were friendly, helpful even under stressed conditions.
