We had a wonderful stay in Saint Louis with a big, comfortable room and ample parking space. The reception team was very welcoming, and the handwritten note on our last day was a thoughtful personal touch. Breakfast was good, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay. This was my third time staying here, and I would definitely return again.

From the moment I arrived, I felt certain I made the right choice. There was a lovely girl who checked me and my family in. But then the star of the show Donna showed up. As a family of 5, traveling can be crazy but Donna went above and beyond the call of duty. She made fresh cookies for my 3 kids, brought up fresh bedding for my kids, and made a breakfast care package since we were going to miss breakfast due to us getting on the road so early. The package saved our kids so much!!! Donna was amazing. The hotel was updated and clean. The pool was clean and the perfect size for my family. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and it was strong, especially in the 95-degree heat. The bed was on the hard side, which was perfect for me and my family. We slept amazingly. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely clean！！New and beautiful room. All staff are nice, kind, and helpful. Hot breakfast is great. The pool is wonderful. We really love it. Here will be our first choice hotel when we go to St. louis in the future.

Very clean, breakfast was so delicious!! I'll definitely come back! Very friendly safe environment! I really loved how the ice machine had nice cold water to filled my water bottle. Also had shampoo and body wash pumps in the shower and lotion pump, mouth wash pump and hand soap pump too in the bathroom. I love the fact they won't come in your room if you don't want them in your room. There's so much more. I really enjoyed our stayed here.

“Exceeded Expectations”

We enjoyed our stay. All staff members were nice and greeted us (this includes front desk, cleaning crew, grounds crew, etc - everyone was pleasant!) The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and the pool area was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the breakfast and the available options. We were pleasantly surprised about the complementary popcorn and fountain drinks. Fantastic breakfast options. Way beyond basic waffle and coffee. I like that there were protein and fiber options in addition to carbs. Plus several type of juices and coffees - yay! The suite is great with plenty of space and accommodates more than 4 people which is always a problem when you travel as a family of five.

Clean, employees super friendly. Great location. Facility, breakfast, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent!

The breakfast was good. I liked that the hotel offers free fountain sodas. The beds felt great. Not enough covers but that might me away to save laundry. When we called for a cover, they ran one up within minutes!

The location suited us with reasonable access to downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in the launderette area. There was a good selection at breakfast with plenty of room.
