Great continential breakfast! Room was a spacious suite with desk, sitting area, king bed and bathroom Bed comfy Quiet Quick access to event at Target Centre

the staff were very friendly. on saturday night the lady working the night shift at the desk was the best costumer service we had all weekend. the lady earlier on saturday told us that the beds would be made and she would send someone to our room around 8pm (well we were out) to turn over the beds and fix our AC. when we came back nothing was done at all. it was 80°+ in our room the entire weekend with five people. uncomfortable to say the least. when we went down and talked to the women at night. the AC problem on the system was checked off and marked as fixed however. let me tell ya i personally didn’t know there was a sauna room with beds available to rent over the weekend cause that was crazy. also let’s go on to the fact that under the sink in the kitchen area there was a papa johns box. we didn’t have papa johns. gross. anyways that room should be closed off until further inspection. room 211. they did end up comping us for one evening but that was not enough. to ruin a great weekend for a hot room. sucked.

We came for some appointments at the ENTSC. It was so nice to be able to walk to our appointment from the hotel. They gave us a discount since we were staying for a medical appointment. When we got an extra appointment the staff were accommodating and let us have a late check out! We also enjoyed walking to get a few groceries, our meals, and coffee! Everything we needed was walking distance! We will stay here again if we need to return.

The room was perfect, lots of room, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The egg & spinach quiche for breakfast were delicious, bacon, scrambled eggs too. Lots of options for cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast & muffins. Didn't use the pool, though it looked wonderful and others were definitely enjoying it. Loved the location, easy access to lots of places to slop, explore and eat

Rooms are a decent size, comfortable bed, decent breakfast in am. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was very quiet - even being full, with lots of children staying in the hotel, it was still very quiet.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Moved us right away when we had a room issue.Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Very easy to get on the wonderful Biking system in the city and many of the galleries and other sites are an easy drive with good freeway access. Good breakfast choices and overflow space when busy. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker in room were useful. Comfortable bed. Nice recently renovated rooms.
