Amazing stay at a very modernly renovated old house. Free shuttles to the airport! Amazingly attentive staff. It’s not very close to the railway station.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and we had a really nice, comfortable room.

The room was spacious with nice decor, which made us felt cozy like an apartment rather than the hotel room. We arrived very late and the lady at the reception was very helpful with arranging a shuttle from the Basel airport. Also many thanks to the team at the restaurant who found some food and wine for us at around 12AM :)

“Clean, comfortable, and welcoming”

Nice old building done up to a modern spec, the staff very kindly gave me a free upgrade to a larger room that had a steam shower, whirlpool bathtub, nice mini body lotions, good soap, really comfy bed and plenty of space. The room was absolutely spotless, lighting was nice and calm, I was able to dim all the lights and create a cozy space after a tiring journey. Lastly, the staff were lovely and I appreciated the free airport pick-up.

The room was a bit on the small side and they were very insistent on allowing us in the room only at 3 pm (we got there at 2.50 and were done with check-in at 2.55). But otherwise, it was good - clean, had everything necessary for a one night stay before an early morning flight.

The hotel is located perfectly in Saint Louis, within 15 minutes walk of the SNCF station and the 3&11 tram line stops. If you’re staying here for Basel, the bus stop is also right outside. The staff are incredible. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, kind and made out stay great. The room we had was fantastic, a huge bathroom with separate toilet, and we loved the art and books in our room. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed French breakfast with the most wonderful host who remembered our coffee orders and made for us each day.
