Hotel Château de la Barbinière is located 1 km outside Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre, in the northern Loire. It offers a swimming pool and spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom, satellite TV and free WiFi. If you reserve in advance, the hotel’s restaurant serves traditional, gastronomic cuisine in the chateau dining room. The brasserie and the bar are both open for lunch and dinner every day from May until October. Guests of Hotel Château de la Barbinière can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the surrounding countryside and visit Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre’s Basilica and historic sites. “what a fab place”
amazing place, great rooms, fab food. hard to find anything we didn't like. was a last minute booking because of transport issues on a motorbike trip. hands down the best place we stayed will definately be back

A beautiful chateau, with easy parking. The room was comfortable and well equipped although very little wardrobe/storage space. The Orangerie Restaurant is exceptional, we enjoyed two evenings there and the food was outstanding.

“A good base from which to visit Puy du Fou. The evening meal was very good.”
Rooms were spacious & comfortable. The on site restaurant was excellent. The pool is lovely & the gardens at the rear of the hotel are very plesasant. The hotel is only a 10-12 minute drive from Puy du Fou & sits in its own grounds. Good car parking

“Perfect chateau hotel”
We had a room in the out-building. It was a nicely renovated room with all facilities (air conditioning, Nespresso machine, water boiler, safe, etc.). Easy parking. Good breakfast. Amazing dinner in the restaurant. Easy and quick service from reception.
