The apartment is next to a restaurant - after arrival you can pick up the keys at the bar - which is helpful if you need a quick lunck or dinner - we used this opportunity and were happy with the value for money. The apartment is also very close to the Omaha Beach, only 2 minutes drive to that phantastic sandy beach. Also well located if you want to explore all the D-Day memories.

We found it very comfortable, location was great for what we had planned and the host was excellent very helpful and the food in the restaurant next door was great we had a great time

The proximity to Omaha beach was great. The gite was compact but clean and nicely decorated. It was great to have the washing machine & drier as we are a family of 6. The kitchen facilities were good for eating in and there was also the convenience of the restaurant onsite for eating out (La Cremaillere, the owner of which also owns the Gites... A discount on the restaurant would have been nice 😁)

We enjoyed our holiday stay at Gîte Utah in Normandy and found the location convenient, hosts friendly, and the house well-equipped for all our family's needs. We would recommend visiting the hosts' restaurant next to the house and enjoying the delicious cuisine there. Very conveniently positioned for the d-day beaches, Bayeux and anything else in normandy you may want to visit. Not far off the main autoroute and just a short walk (uphill on the way back!) down to Omaha Beach. Dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer which was a bonus. Didn't have problems with noise from deliveries as others have mentioned.

the space was enormous for the three of us, easy to fit 5 comfortably. All kinds of equipment available , very easy for laundry and own cooking. 2 bathrooms. Nice owners and helpful close to beach and museum’s. Attached pizza restaurant , very convenient.
