Royal Milan is a condominium. It´s just in front of a little church and a few steps from the the public parking of the new Telecabin Lumiere that leads to Pla d´Adet. Which means that is about 200mts from the Telecabin. The condominium has a common area with a fireplace, a sauna, a pool that is seasonal, a common laundry room, a small gym with bikes and treadmill only. There is a reception were we pick up the keys with Mrs. Pascale who also presented the facilities. She stays there in a time window that is informed by the proprietary of the units. There is a free parking in the condominium and we had no difficult to park. They also have lockers where you can store your skis and boots (enough for the three of us). This specific apartment that we stayed are actually two separate units of 30 sqmts each (total 60 sqmts). In one unit there were two rooms (one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed) and a bathroom. And, in the other unit, which is in front of this, separated by a public corridor, like two separated rooms in a hotel, there were a 30 sqmts living room with a kitchen and another bathroom. We got two keys, one for each unit. Both apartments have efficient heating. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked the fact that we had a bigger apartment than the average with two bathrooms and a lot of heaters, but considering the fact that it´s divided in two. We are three and although our daughter is twelve years old we didn´t consider the composition of the apartment an issue.
