We did not get the room I booked with 4 beds. There was no room with disability access. They said there was no such thing. I had to rent another room which put me in a room separate from my disabled dad and brother. The toilet was loose on the floor which was not safe for my father. My room had cockroaches.

The hotel was just off the exit and pet friendly with no extra fees. I had to pull off the highway due to snowstorm.

There is nothing positive I can say about our stay.

There were bugs and floor was dirty.

There was no phone, chair, ice, refrigerator, soap, shampoo, or towels in the room.

I had booked a lower room (disabled) & smoke free. I was given a second floor with double stairs. I was told one of the maids was sick & they could not clean the lower floors. No offer to help with my suitcase. I checked the room and it reeked of smoke!! I decided I wasn't going to try to haul my suitcase up there & stay in a room smelling so bad. I was refused another room. I asked for my money back & left. I have stayed in this motel several times over the years & new it wasn't a quality hotel, but I have never been disappointed like this! I don't require much but a clean bed and room & lower level because it is close to where I want to be. I had no problems when I refused to stay & asked for my money back other than not being able to get any paper work showing a refund was authorized.

Did not stay. Motel had no sign on the building. They made us wait outside for 10 minutes before speaking to them. They would not let us see the room beforehand.
