Quiet location very close to amenities. Cycle path only 500m away. Annecy 25 mins by bike on dedicated pathways. Small studio is very modern and well equipped. Washing machine available too.

The apartment was on ground floor double doors opening out onto a private patio garden river sound , The kitchen was well equipped and use of washing machine and tumble dryer was brilliant as on a cycling holiday . Location excellent straight out of the door and up into the hills cycling. Would definitely go back there.

“We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in Saint Jorioz and the apartment was ideal for the two of us. We didn’t use our car for”
Superb location just a few minutes from the town centre and within easy reach of the lake (we tended to cycle down). The property was comfortable and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We cooked in the small, but adequately provisioned kitchen and also used the local restaurants (they were very good). The bed was a pull-down sofa-bed, but very good quality and exceptionally comfortable. Based on some other reviews, we took a memory foam topper to use, but didn’t need it! The patio area had some good quality furniture and a BBQ (that we didn’t use). Sébastien was a fantastic host giving us privacy, but available if we needed him.

“Stunning place and very kind host. Absolutely recommend”
The studio is stunning, is bigger than expected, with an amazing garden and a big window looking at it, kitchen very well equipped, super comfortable mattress (it’s not a sofa-bed but a fold-away bed), spacious bathroom and parking just outside the apartment with space to leave your bicycle too. The host Sébastien was amazing, very kind person and very informative about the surrounding area, plus there’s plenty of informations inside the studio about the small villages, and activities you can do around lake Annecy. Supermarket nearby and 5 min bike away from the lake. Absolutely recommended!

“A little gem, tranquil but very close to everything.”
It was very private, with its own terrace even though it’s part of the house. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. There was a cycle hire place just 5 minutes away and we cycled around the lake from the apartment. The garden was so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped and the host supplied us with glasses when we found we were lacking. Annecy was only 20mins away.

A beautiful quiet spot not far from the beach with a river running through the back garden. Very cool and secluded with privacy and great water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped.
