“Three night stay in Annecy area”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sebastien was there to greet us and explained everything in perfect English. It's a great location for exploring Annecy and the beautiful lake.

This apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk into town or 20 minute walk down to the harbour. We'd definitely stay again - thoroughly recommend 👌

Very nice and spatious appartement, very well equipped, large terras, in a calme neighbourhood. But it is not mentioned in the description ( on Booking.com) that the appartment is on the middle floor of a 3 story living block, which means some (sometimes too much) noise from slamming doors, moving chairs, musique etc. (the neighbour on the top floor reguraly plays guitar (with singing) sometimes late in the evening. For 140 euro per night I didn't expect that..... We were welcomed by the female neighbour from the top floor. She is very gentile and also takes care for cleaning etc. Nevertheless we had a fine stay on the beautifull lake (wich is more than 2 kms walking), but I won't book it again.

Everything was excellent : The owner was very friendly and helpfull. The apartment is perfect for a short stay, it has everything you need and it is located not so far from the montains and the lake.

This is a self catering apartment. Good location half a mile to the village centre and one mile to the beach.

“Fantastic holiday”

Everything was great. Easy to find the apartment, and Sebastien was there to greet and show us around. Lovely and spacious, everything you would need to self cater. Nice veranda with table and chairs, cooking grill and sun loungers. Walking distance to restaurants, boulangerie, super u, pizza and kebab take away and information bureau. There are free buses around the lake every 20 mins during peak season, but if you have bikes they are much quicker than the traffic jams and there is a cycle track most of the way around the lake with lots of places to stop for refreshments too.

Sebastian is a terrific host who made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of tips about what to do in the area. The apartment was very well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The electric shutters and fan helped to counter the heatwave. The balcony was a real joy and where we spent most of our afternoons. The whole apartment was well furnished and really rather stylish. The position is excellent and we felt that staying in St Jorioz was the better option than staying in Annecy. There is an excellent Super U supermarket in walking distance and a brilliant boulangerie just on the edge of town in the direction of Duignt. The lakeside beach is also close by and is a lovely place to cool down after a trek. There is excellent walking virtually on the doorstep and countless outdoor activities are available. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Lake Annecy is utterly spectacular and it’s hard to think of a better place to enjoy it from.
