“Nice and quiet studio with a lovely garden in a beautiful location”
Quiet, clean studio with everything you need and a friendly host. Lovely garden with birds singing and the noise of a babbling brook. The comfort of having a large awning and screens. Near the supermarket, the lake and the beautiful area. Perfect to rent bikes and go everywhere you want. We’ve had a great stay .

“Good place to stay at 20minutes from Annécy”
Perfect place for a relaxing holiday; we stayed in the apartment for one week and drove around by bycicle to Annécy and the lake. The apartment has all what you require for a good stay and the terrace looks out on the garden where we ate breakfast every day.

Good location,everything you need…lovely hot water , radiator in the room for chilly evenings was appreciated as was the heated rad in the bathroom. Lovely and quiet and peaceful! Nice garden to sit in!

The location was great and Sebastian was very helpful. He explained everything about the flat and also beaches and locations nearby. Everything you need is in the flat.

“Great Christmas time stay!”
The acomodation is well equipped with everything you need for a long stay and the host was nice to meet our need with an extra bed for the toddler. You can enjoy the morning sun in the garden with the sound of the nearby stream and the birds singing in the background. Is easily accessible with a car, has parking. It's also 5 mins away from the bus stop at the College. We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Thank you Sebastien!
