“Great location with stunning views.”
The apartment is in a fantastic location for exploring the region. It is opposite a supermarket and bank which was really handy, there are also some restaurants within 200m. The communication from Sebastian was first class, he met us and showed us around the apartment and garage where we could store our bikes. Lovely place in a great location.

“Fabulous apartment in St Jorioz!”
Sebastian's apartment was bigger than expected, clean and well equipped (including a very efficient fan & big T.V to watch the Paris Olympic games!). We made good use of the balcony to enjoy eating outside in the evening. There was onsite free parking and a safe place to store our bikes in the garage/basement. It was a great location to visit the beach, access the green way for cycling and visit Annecy town. There is a well equipped supermarket right opposite the apartment block too, which was super helpful. Sebastian was a very friendly and helpful host. He met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know.

“Spacious, quiet apartment in a good location with free car parking.”
We arrived quite late, but Emilie met us with the keys to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. Parking was directly behind the apartment block and there were plenty of spaces so it was easy to get in and out. The apartment was very quiet, spacious and had everything we needed, although we did have to dig around for the hairdryer. A good location, would definitely stay there again.

“Wonderful- we did not want to leave!”
Fabulous views of the mountains. The apartment was spacious, light and airy and the kitchen fully stocked with equipment. Great location right next to a good Super U and a 10 minute walk to the lake. Secure parking.

“Spacious apartment”
The appartment is well equipped, spacious all what you need is there including washing machine and ironing, baby chair and cot. All kitchenette is fully facilitated. Supermarket U in front of the apartment, patisserie 200m from flat and the beach is 5min drive. Annecy is 30min if there is a traffic jam. Sebastien is very polite, nice and explained all attractions we wanted, always available when needed.
