The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities needed for a 2 night stay. Parking was on site and private. City centre was a 15 minute drive. Grocery store was 5 minute drive. Host was accomodating and showed the apartment on arrival.

“Perfect Stay”
The apartment was perfect for a couple visiting the area - very clean with a spacious bathroom and separate water closet; an exceptionally comfortable bed; and a complete kitchen with everything you need to dine in. Parking is easy and wifi is reliable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. À la prochaine!

“A perfect stay with a great location, stunning views, and an incredibly helpful host!”
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with a bus stop, grocery store, restaurants, and even playgrounds for kids all nearby. Plus, it’s close to the lake, and the view from the balcony is simply amazing. I also want to thank the owners, Sandrine and Frédéric. They responded to my messages very quickly and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again!

“Peaceful and lovely stay”
We had a brilliant stay at the apartment. Annecy and its lake is beautiful and well worth a visit. The apartment had great facilities and was a nice size - the balcony was an added plus. It was brilliant value for money and was very peaceful to stay.

“Great view!”
Perfect for a small family. Friendly hosts and comfortable apartment in a quiet building. We'll probably come back as we enjoyed the fresh air but didn't had the chance to discover too much of the area.

“Wonderful, great value apartment with easy access to the lake”
Well-taken care of, up-to-date, clean, small apartment with easy access to bike routes around Lake Annecy. We loved the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen - very convenient, especially with a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The balcony was our favorite feature. The owner had several brochures and pamphlets available and also made some great suggestions for both bike rental and dinners nearby. We easily found a parking spot in the lot or on the adjacent street.
