The staff are friendly, approachable and delightful, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The heat in the room worked. Wifi worked. TV worked. Plug ins worked. Lights worked. Fridge worked. Slept in until 920 so noise was not a concern. Plenty toilet paper and towels :). Loved the pillows.

Took my card for the room and would not except my card for $59 deposit but except for 289.00 a night room charge so we were told we can't stay even though had room paid for would not give refunds an would not except a card for Hilton Hotel head off that would have covered the $50

The room was amazing, big comfy king side room. I had a dog and it was perfect, down by the side door and staff really liked him and were kind with treats.

On December 28th my family stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for my son’s 7th Birthday. We spoke with the hotel 3 weeks prior confirming the pool would be open (it was an issue last year). We rented a king suite next to the pool for the kids to change for swimming and have pizza after. We checked the website and booking information and there was no info about extra charges for a birthday party in a hotel room nor any signage at the hotel. The day of the party the manager charged us a 250$ fee stating it was a policy of the hotel and the general manager for the charge. When I asked to see this policy I was told it was an unwritten one and I needed to take it up with the manager “George” as it was his policy. We waited til the next day my husband went to speak with the general manager, who laid responsibility on the day manager from the day before and wouldn’t speak to us further about it. He again refused to direct us towards this policy that they have stating this fee will be charged. The disrespect and unprofessional he displayed towards us was abhorrent when we tried to have a conversation. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in a hotel. We called Hilton Canada who redirected us back to the hotel and would not assist us in showing this policy. My concern is that we have been scammed by the hotel out of 250$ as no one can show us this policy for an extra charge that is not displayed anywhere or available to be showed to when requested. No Consumer or guest should experience this. My hope in contacting BBB is that this can be resolved with Hampton Inn and Suites, our fee can be reinbursed or a policy can be shown (pre-existing the date of our stay).

The location and access are great! One of the BEST free breakfast I've experienced. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Nice big hotel with plenty of parking. Usual Hampton set-up - WIFI , parking and breakfast are all included in the room rate which is great. The staff we saw were all friendly.
