The location was perfect to explore uptown Saint John. The room was super clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable; a king bed, full kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom. Daily cleaning service to replenish supplies.

We frequently stay at Chipman Hill. It's a lovely site and we've had the privilege of staying in two separate buildings. Beautiful old homes that have been converted. The rooms are spacious, clean and have lots of "nice touches" from the housekeeping staff that make our stays very pleasant. The kitchens in each suite are well-stocked. We're going back!

I like the historic building.Room is spacious and clean. Close to harbour.and everywhere in the city center. The towel swan and towel hearts in the room made us feel welcomed.

Excellent location, historic building in downtown just steps away from bars, restraunts and waterfront. Clean room, seamless checkin/checkout, our housekeeper Lena did amazing job, we felt very welcomed

Quaint little room, very cute and inviting. Very clean, cutest little kitchenette, and lots of pillows! Had what we needed and more. Felt very secure with the double keypad entry from the street. Great location in uptown SJ. Office attendant was very pleasant and helpful. We're already booked for next year :)

“Amazing historic location that offers a touch of luxury”

My friend and I were both thrilled with our room at Chipman Hill Suites (Pratt House). The building itself was gorgeous and the entire inside of the house was done up with beautiful details and decorative furnishings. Our suite included a full kitchen, bathroom with jet tub, and living room area. The bed was like a cloud - so comfortable! Everything was clean and comfortable and the check-in process for parking and getting our code/keys was smooth with no hiccups. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to stay longer, as this accommodation was a dream!

Ideal location being close to city centre, shopping and land marks. The accommodation was superb especially the rustic interiors of the apartment.

Check in and private parking instructions were very well explained, which made for a quick and easy arrival. Room looks nice and bed is comfy. Location is amazing, close to TD Stayion, Market Place and others!!!

Location, location, location…

Loved the room and the building. The high ceilings were incredible. Instantly started to relax when we entered the room. Great location. Well decorated with period pieces.

Unlike most places that claim to have cooking facilities, the room had a well equipped kitchen , even down to oven gloves. The guest laundry was good, even providing cleaning solution. A tumble drier was a great help for a traveller moving on every few days.
