“would not return because it didn't meet the expectations for what we ended up paying.”
The shower head was completely broken and you had to hand hold the water receptacle while showering. The water pressure was so bad that it would have been easier to take a hand bath in the sink.

The cleanliness, and super efficient, friendly staff took me by surprise; we've stayed relatively frequently in similar overnight accommodations but this was by far the cleanest and friendliest. The breakfast also exceeded expectation - not just a croissant and orange juice but a buffet including warm breakfast, plus healthy yoghurt and cereal options.

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant! The bed was very comfortable. I even bought a kyriad pillow as they are great! As my husband was in hospital in the nearby St Jean, I appreictaed its location and proximity to restaurants.

“very friendly and clean!!!”
The Kyriad Hotel isn't as nice as the Kyriad in Lyon, but it's also older. But it's also super clean and the staff is very, very friendly 👍🏼 It's in a perfect location 🚗 and has 2 charging stations for electric cars 👍🏼 lots of restaurants and a supermarket on the doorstep.

“Excellent and convenient stay close to the highway”
I go to this Hotel regularly. The staff knows me and always treats me very friendly and attentive. What I appreciate is the room cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast buffet in the morning, the possibility to have vegetable milk, the secured parking and the friendly staff.

The rooms are very quiet, despite closeness to the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. It's a great hotel if you're looking for a rest after a long car drive. The location is not really adequate for touristic purposes.
