“Did not stay there as place did not live up to advertisement and still the money was deducted”
The place did not have a seperate bathroom and we cancelled on arrival as it did not meet our expectations. The room was in the main house and looked as it was used as a kids playroom. No privacy. Although we were promised that the money was not deducted and that we can arrange different accommodation, we later discovered that the money was deducted even though we did not sleep there and arranged different accommodations.
