Pleasant staff. Fine breakfast. Located near the beach. Brilliant drinking water system in the corridors. We were upgraded without asking to a junior suite, so the room was very good. We didn't use the spa etc. so can't comment.

The Spa was exceptional. Location was fantastic. A beautiful restaurant on first floor with a sea view. Hugo at reception was extremely courteous, professional and kind as I was using a mobility scooter.

“Highly recommended 4 star hotel - beautiful interior, centrally located, good food”
The hotel looks a bit old and not so impressive from the outside but once you step in, it looks fantastic - the reception area, the breakfast room and the room itself (in our case, superior room with balcony). Everything looks great and the room is so spacious, with plenty of space for the suitcases and also plenty of storage space for the clothes (something we did not encounter in the hotel rooms in Biarritz and Bayonne during the same trip). The breakfast was good and enjoyable in a well lit beautiful room with views of the sea. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the beach and the city centre, allowing nice walks for shopping, eating or to enjoy a stunning sunset. My wife and I also enjoyed the spa treatments, the hammam and the indoor sea water pool with all its jets and bubbles. A very relaxing stay.

“Great treatment and Treatments”
Excellent stay. Very easy hotel to get most out of. Comfy, updated rooms. I had a large suite. Great and relaxing spa. I don't speak French but enjoyed communicating with spa staff who spoke limited English. Excellent food both in bar and main restaurant. Far superior to Grand Hotel which was my last visit.
