“Nice and cozy”
The staffs are friendly, the apparyement was nice and clean.we didn't try the swimming pool because of the rainy weather. The beach was 5 minutes walk. Very good location, bus stop number 17 in front of the rezidences.

“Great ! We'll come back !”
The property is clean and spacious. We rented a a two-bed flat for the three of us and up to six people could sleep in it. The surroundings (the park and its pine trees) are breathtaking and very peaceful. The property is less than a ten-minutes car ride to the town centre, which is convenient.

Quiet area near beach. Bus right outside residence into st jean de luze. A lovely walk along coastal path into st jean de luze. Apartment spacious.

The park of the residence was really beautiful. Nice and friendly staff. The pool was great, and our daughter could have spent the whole day there. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

The reception staff were great and worked with our Australian French. Great advice regarding medical etc. 15 mis by bus into City centre and bus stop virtually outside front gate. Saved trying to find parking. Room was great with comfortable bed. We had bush view on ground level. Perfect.

Nice well equipped, 1 bed unit on the ground floor. Suited our needs for having a dog with us. Large grounds for walking and only 5 minutes from a dog friendly beach.

“Great hotel set in a beutiful green park”
Great apartment hotel near a neat beach. The hotel is equipped with everything one needs for even a longer stay. There is a tennis court an a lot of green surface for playing.

“Quality self-catering apartments within easy reach of St Jean de Luz centre and local sandy beach.”
Excellent pre-arrival contact and advice from the company, up to just prior to arrival advising room number and welcome. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, both on arrival and during stay. Facility well-placed for visiting local beach (a 5 minute walk), and there is an hourly public bus service into St Jean de Luz (stopping at the station), with the bus stop at the entrance to the facility. The grounds are well-kept and make for a nice stroll after dinner. Rooms are comfortable but there is no aircon, so I was pleased that we brought a small fan for use at night. There is a small restaurant and bar adjacent to reception, and bread / croissants can be ordered for collection for breakfast. The swimming pool does not permit the use of 'shorts' for men, so trunks / speedos advised! I was impressed with the company's product and will be investigating other similar self-catering apartments.

Excellent location, close to the beach., and surrounded by nature. Friendly staff. The apartment was clean, as per the photos and it was comfy, will at the things we needed. We asked in the reception for a coffee maker since we bought ground coffee instead of capsules for the machine and they gave us one. The spaces are wide, there's plenty of green areas and the price was great.

Every thing was excellent. Too big apartments. Two bedrooms for children and my wife y me. The beach is too close. And has two restaurants.
