It's hard to find near perfect places to stay, however for me this place is pretty close. The location is beautiful, the property is on a very well kept garden. The buildings are renovated to a very good standard. If you love dogs you'll adore Sonny, a big softie who gives a lovely welcome, if you're not keen on dogs don't worry as he's well behaved and Anne ensures he's not intruding into the bedrooms. Anne was a brilliant host offering a great breakfast in the garden, under a delightful wisteria. The hot tub is massive and you can catch the sun too at the right time. The sauna is spacious with a shower next to it. If you're after a quiet peaceful stay in a picturesque French house then this place will tick the box.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous garden. My room was so nicely decorated. The hosts have great style! They were both very kind and helpful. A great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the road. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. I would definitely return and stay longer next time.

Peaceful and tranquil property brilliant for first stop after crossing the channel with a handful of recently and tastefully decorated large rooms. Beautiful homemade breakfast on the terrace. Charming and interesting owner.

Friendly welcome and tour of the room and property. Room so cool on a hot night due to thick walls. Fabulous jacuzzi as an added bonus - revitalising and refreshing after a long drive. Delicious continental breakfast (E15) served on the patio under the wisteria. Just lovely. Peaceful and so quiet.

The location was peaceful, beautiful and a short drive into Le Mans. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower/ bathroom spotlessly clean and wonderful. Fabulous toiletries and every need thoughtfully catered for. The beds were so comfortable, I wished we were staying another night. We were stopping over on a long drive south, but it was a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. The hot tub under the stars was a bonus!

What a fantastic find! An amazing location, beautifully appointed and decorated, all set in a stunning setting 10 minutes from Le Mans. Perfect for anyone travelling to/from the ferries and needing an overnight stop. Also perfect for a quiet, romantic, luxury break!

The rooms, the linen, the bathrooms, the breakfast - it was all charming. The Spa facilities were also lovely.

This property is a nicely converted farm building in rural France and, whilst a little out of the way, is a great stopping off point from the ferry port to the South of France. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming ....... whilst the hosts themselves were charming and friendly. Exceptional value for money and would certainly stay here again if in the area. Would recommend this property.

We loved the tranquility. Our welcome was great, very helpful hosts who also give you all the privacy you want. Their breakfast was lovely and the jacuzzi is fantastic.

The accommodation was fantastic and bed extremely comfortable. The hosts made us very welcome and took us round the grounds which were more like a park with fruit trees. The outdoor spa area was well done including a sauna and shower. The deck was perfect for relaxing. We had a wonderful night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with home made jams, fruit from the garden, fresh eggs and the best coffee! The latter was particularly appreciated as we are very discerning coffee drinkers! We can highly recommend this B&B which is situated in the countryside but also very close to Le Mans.
