“Very pleasant”
In theory, it was quiet but actually, what with building works nearby and people upstairs, it wasn't quite as quiet as it should have been. The garden was very pleasant; small, but perfectly pleasant and you could sit in the sun although it went at 4pm at the end of May. Bed was comfortable and I finally found some hot water
