There was a mix up with the booking but they were so quick to sort it out, allowing us to check in early and providing transport. Really appreciated the effort.The apartment was lovely, very spacious and clean. Perfect for what we needed. Nice little touches like flavoured coffees and a gorgeous scented plug in! Great for ease of access to airport.

Instructions about key collection were clear, and entry to the property was seamless. The host arranged round-trip transport to and from the airport, as well as arranged a taxi to go to the mall. The overall experience was great.

The apartment was immaculate and tastefully designed. The host was very understanding, flexible, and was available via WhatsApp throughout my stay. The neighbourhood was safe, and I was able to order food from a nearby restaurant. (KFC, Mario's Pizza, and FoodDROP all do deliveries directly to the rental.) I was also able to prepare meals as cookware, cutlery, and even spices were available. Guests also have the option to use the washer and dryer.

I was accommodated on a last minute booking 1 hour before arrival. Host was very helpful and check in was seamless.

The host was very accommodating considering it was a very last minute booking. He did everything possible to help us with our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our family and a lot of extras you would get at a hotel like towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and water. The apartment has been done to a very high standard - I can be fussy but I have not a thing I would complain about. The place was spotless, the living area was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the washing machine and dryers are very big and top spec, there was A/C throughout, the rooms were well decorated and the beds were comfy, there was extra blankets etc. Each room has it's own en-suite which was very convenient. This will be my go to place when I return to Trinidad from now on.

not applicable re breakfast as a great kitchen location requires a taxi or car but the driver recommended was simply excellent and used him every day and even did a tour/river hike:)
