Pleasant garden setting right across from the sea. Nice pool areas to hang out during the day and an easy walk to resteraunts and bars for the evening. A good location for touring the West of the Island. Very helpful and friendly staff.

“Very nice place to stay in brautiful Reunion”

Hotel is located by one of the best beaches in Reunion. Hotel surroundings look like tropical garden and are very well maintained. Rooms were quite spacious, clean and in general very comfortable. Delicious dinner with wide variety of food and very good breakfest. Free Parking lot which is very convenient if you rent a car which is highly recommended to explore the beautiful island of Reunion.

The location and overall experience and comfort are amazing, very quit, beautiful area, very well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows were great as well. There was live music few evenings, extremely nice.

The hotel has a large garden, several swimming pools, and the food selection is sufficient. The traditional Maloya dance on Saturday evening during dinner was particularly outstanding. It was also interesting to see that they use a barn hawk ( “buse” in French) to keep the pigeons away—one morning it felt like a little bird show. The staff are very kind and welcoming.

The welcome was very poor. We were greeted by someone named 'Sacha' who could not even offer us a smile and made us feel like we were bringing a damper on her day. She did not offer us any insight or information on the hotel or its facilities whilst other hotel staff were sitting down with guests and walking them through those. After you have travelled and you're looking forward to settling down in your room, proper hospitality is quite important. Sacha vey much failed on this point. The rest of the hotel staff, however, have been very helpful, welcoming and kind to my friends and I. Whilst our reception was very lacking, we do not generalise this sentiment to the hotel or the rest of its representatives.

Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff! Rooms were nice and comfortable, the bar and restaurant served nice food and drinks. Overall an amazing experience.
