“Enjoyable stay in St Gilles Croix de Vie in an apartment ideally located.”
We were met by the host who greeted us with a smile. She showed us around the property and explained heating/water etc before leaving. We needed to let her know the appprox. time we would depart and when we did she was there on time as promised.

“Super location”
Sophie(on behalf of the owner) met us as arranged and introduced us to the property. Hand over was straight forward as we have visited last year but the hot water and central heating controls turned out to be a bit hit and miss.....instructions in English would help. The property is fundamentaly aimed at French vacanciers. Private car parking a big plus. Location is perfect.

“Excellent apartment with sea view.”
The location for the Grand Plage and the town of SGXV is excellent. We liked the fact we had a marked parking space which saves a lot of hassle as parking around here is tight at the best of times. We enjoyed the view of the sea albeit probably not a good as a few floors up in the block. The layout is fine and easy to get around as it’s all on the same level….no accessibility issues. Patrice gave us a warm welcome and showed us how to operate the various pieces of equipment cooker etc.

The apartment is in a great location with brilliant views of the sea and sunsets. We only stayed for 3 nights but it is the type of accommodation where we could stay a lot longer.
