The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. There was a shared kitchen and dining area and a beautifully decorated outside terrace for the use of guests. The host was very welcoming and amenable and provided a very good breakfast with homemade cake. Highly recommend.

“Excellent accommodation”
Very friendly hosts and well appointed comfortable rooms in a lovely location near the River Lot. One reason we liked it was that there was a communal breakfast/dining room where we could use the hob and microwave to cook our own evening meal. Being able to meet other guests at breakfast and in the evening was a bonus that we missed in some of the other places where we stayed. Would definitely stay again.

“The accommodation lives up to the name. It is a beautiful place to rest and relax.”
It is a beautiful place, in a natural environment and with everything you need nearby. The town is small but it has a supermarket and a place to eat. It is on the way to the towns we wanted to visit, so the location was very good for us. At night you only hear the crickets. The breakfast was very good, with yogurt, a delicious cake and the inevitable baguette. We would have wanted something salty too, but that's what they usually have for breakfast in France. The room we booked is in a mansard with a sloping ceiling, but it is spacious. There is a lack of acoustic insulation so as not to disturb those on the lower floor. Many thanks to Alex for your attention to details and for the supplies you left us for the road (we left very early and didn't have time to have breakfast)

“Great stay in a beautiful location”
Friendly welcoming host. Delicious breakfast with homemade cake jam and yoghurt. Pretty outdoor terrace for breakfast and access to shared kitchen and fridge.Stunning views of the river from the footpath going up behind the church.

Accommodation easy to find in a lovely rural area. Our stay was only brief but we would love to return and explore the area further. Alex couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and he has done an excellent job of creating this B and B.
