“Wonderful stay on the Camino”
After a long day on the Camino, we loved to come to this oasis of comfort. Lush rooms and delicious dinner. We could have stayed longer.

“Wonderful stay at beautiful location”
Location was beautiful. Breathtaking views of the hills and with walking distance to the pretty town center of Saint-Gervais. Breakfast superb! Matthieu communicated quickly when we had some questions beforehand.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast and dinner was very good en delicious. The terras has a very beautiful view on the city. The cook made us a lunch we could take along our roadtrip.

“Fabulous stay and dinner in a very comfortable hotel and restaurant with superb views”
Fabulous breakfast , fruit juice fresh fruit salad , home made yoghurt , jam , croissants and pain au chocolate , which is the best that I have ever tasted .The bread was delicious and home made too . Dinner was superb , and there was a good list of reasonably priced wines. Service was friendly and attentive at all times..The views are incredible

We love our stay at L'ortensia. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a nice dinner with great dishes from their restaurant with a nice view down to the village.

Beautiful village with lots of lovely venues. People v friendly. Beautiful setting with help yourself cherry trees and wild strawberries on the little hill. Cariene who is in charge of the rooms was so kind and generous and really made us feel at home.

“Don’t stay on a Monday”
The location of the hotel is fabulous, located in the lush green rolling hills of the Pyrenees. The location is really quiet and secluded but the hotel and its facilities are more than adequate. The rooms were clean and spacious with great views of the countryside. The breakfast was enjoyable and in addition to the overnight tariff. We arrived a little early but we were greeted by the management warmly. Overall I enjoyed my overnight stay.
