“Excellent stay in St Gervais”

The staff were super helpful, we arrived before the check in time but as our room was ready they happily let us in early and also store our bags on the day of departure. The location is great, a short walk to the gondola and close to many bars and restaurants. They also advised us to rent our ski gear from the store next door - Blanc Sports to which they gave us a discount!

Perfect little family owned hotel in a central, yet quiet location. Characterful, warm and artsy. I loved the old building with hardwood floors. The owners are very kind and attentive. Perfect Savoyard hospitality.

Lovely old hotel with lots of character. Bathroom was recently refurbished and it was lovely - there was a door, not a curtain as listed on Booking.com. Anne- Cecile and her family work very hard to make your stay perfect. Restaurant recommendations and bookings, taxi, train and bus information all given. Very good English spoken. Communication is excellent and the hotel is perfectly placed in the town with everything walkable, including the Bettex, although there is a free bus circulating the village to the Bettex telecabine every 15 minutes. Would recommend La Feline Blanche as a great place to stay. We would definitely return here again.

What a find! Great place couldn’t be more central Loved the books Lego & LPs. Anne is so lovely. Very close to the free Carpark and free electric shuttle bus plus great restaurants nearby.

“Great place to overnight for Mont Blanc Express”

I stayed here overnight so I could travel on the Mont Blanc Express railway and it was well suited for that. The hotel is located in the centre of town and is near several restaurants. There is a bus service (#Y82 or #Y84) from nearby (stop 'Pont') to the rail station. The room was small but comfortable and the hotel has a seperate guest entrance with keypad access. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Feline Blanche ! The owners were really accommodating as I was travelling by bicycle (we put the bike in a safe storage place for the night) and gave me lots of tips for the route ! Breakfast was delicious - would highly recommend!

Location in the town center of Saint Gervais. Good restaurants in the area.

Nothing. Very poor reception of the landlady. Unfriendly at the phone, no welcoming at all. (To avoid the word arrogance of the landlady) Wooden floors cracked a lot so I was always hoping not to disturb the other guests. Didn’t move the whole evening. No flexibility at all in organising a (very small) take-away breakfast. I will ask a refund. Never again, so sorry to tell this.

This is a lovely hotel positioned right in the centre of the village.
