Hotel Val D’este is located in Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, a ski, and summer resort in Haute Savoie, Rhone-Alps region, and a thermal village. It offers views of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have a private balcony at the Val D’este. Breakfast buffet is served daily. “Great value hotel with central location”
Excellent all round. Simple but good comfy sizeable bedroom. Very central yet peaceful and quiet. Great staff and lovely breakfast. Free Parking is located 3 min walk away. Highly recommended.

“Highly recommended - would stay again”
Location right in the heart of the village and a 10 minute walk from the Bettex gondola. Hire your ski stuff from a ski shop at the top of the bettex gondola and then pay £2 pppd for a locker up there so you don’t have to carry your skis etc up & down to the village. Lovely rooms with balconies, nice and warm for drying clothes. Breakfast basic (croissants /bread/ yogurt/cheese/jam. Coffee/tea/juice/water) but very nice.

“Traditional hotel in scenic Alpine town”
Great breakfast, centre of a nice friendly town. Lovely but not noisy. Good vibes. Traditional French hotel. Bedroom had all we needed. Nice shower.. Nice to sit out on balcony and watch town waking up in the morning

Clean, warm and comfortable. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Great location - centre of the village, very close to restaurants and only 10 min walk to lift station. Able to leave skis/boots safely in lobby

Very good location in the centre of St Gervais. Happy for us to arrive late. Traditional, quite simple, hotel but beds were comfortable and everything worked well even though the bathrooms were a bit dated. Nice welcome from the bar manager.

“Disappointing despite the position in St Gervais. Noisy and impersonal.”
The position. We stayed there 18 years ago and thought it would be nice to return. The shower was good!
