“A little glitch that was sorted in no time”
We had to move rooms twice as the springs were non-existent on the beds. However, staff member upgraded us in no time at all.

At first the kitchen was closed, the bed made this skeaky sounds. Thats the only two things i didnot like.

It’s a beautiful property once it is properly maintained. Easily accessible. The plumbing is poor. Booking.com should visit the hotel before selling the rooms and not checking rooms they fix just to advertise. I won’t call Grooms a hotel.

Located in a convenient area for the airport, bus to town, and local beaches. We booked deluxe studio with a sea/pool view room, which was actually over the sometimes noisy car park (people keep their engines running for the a/c), and the 'seaview' was extremely limited, and pool invisible. Small balcony with black metal furniture which is uncomfortable and gets hot! Large, airy room with good a/c. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Bathroom was basic. Wi-fi was awful. House-keeping isn't daily but staff were always friendly & helpful. Bar/restaurant was closed. Overall the hotel needs to up its game for the price. A general refurb and upgrade of amenities needed.

It was peaceful, and so easily accessible. Mere minutes away from the airport which was great 🙌🏽. Breakfast was great and the fully stocked bar 🙌🏽

Location was good, close to the airport. I've stayed here before, so it was good to see that the quality of food and the rooms were just as good as they were 3 years ago. The staff were very accommodating, despite there not being many of them on at the time.
