Overview
Set in an 18th-century château, this elegant hotel is surrounded by a 25-hectare park with a swimming pool and offers free Wi-Fi. Guests are free to relax by the fireplace, watch a film in the cinema room and play billiards, table tennis or piano. The guest rooms at Château de l'Epinay are individually decorated and include a fireplace and a TV. Each room has a view of the garden, a seating area and an en suite bathroom with bathrobes. Breakfast is served every morning and includes fresh pastries, homemade jam and fresh eggs from the property’s hens. The traditional-style restaurant serves organic and seasonal produce in a room with exposed beams, lusters and stone walls or on the terrace when the weather is fine. A fitness room with the latest Technogym equipment is at guest’s disposal. Guests can enjoy a wellness centre with a hot tub and a hammam. Beauty care and massages can be requested on site thanks to their partnership with the Cinq Mondes and Carita brands.There's also a billiards room and a range of board games for adults and children alike! They're ideal for those who want to play cards, backgammon, darts or chess on the giant chessboard. Free private parking is provided on site and the banks of the Loire River are 1.5 km away. The B&B is 7 km from Château de Serrant and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Angers.

“Great location, incredible staff but overall a bit pricey”
The location is unbeatable - the property is incredible. It really helps disconnect from every day life. The staff was absolutely incredible - front desk, spa and restaurant. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The restaurant on site, very good food (although a bit pricey) and opened on Sunday and Monday nights.

Absolutely lovely hotel!!! A majestic setting with wonderful staff and service. Can't say enough good things about this little slice of paradise. The rooms are quaint and each unique, the food is excellent and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable!! Highly recommend a stay here. We can't wait to go back!!

“Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.”
Absolutely fabulous hotel, the location is lovely, the staff were great, dinner in the restaurant was superb. I will stay here again. One of the comments I read said that not all rooms are in the chateau itself, mine wasnt but it was great and had a fabulous view over the pool and countryside.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms, the grounds, the (natural!) pool were fantastic. Delicious breakfast and the staff were so helpful. A hidden castle gem in France - will absolutely be back. Stunning.
