Overview
This holiday village is located a 5-minute walk to the town centre of St Gaultier. It offers fully equipped chalets with private terraces, and a heated swimming pool. Each chalet at the L’oasis du Berry includes a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge. At the L’oasis, guests can enjoy pizzas, salads and take away meals. There are also themed dinners with evening entertainment during July and August. “A very well run site, friendly and a pleasure for us all.”
We booked as a family for 10 days in August, in a chalet. From start to finish it was a pleasure to be here, the site has a lovely intimate and friendly atmosphere. The pool, play area and bouncy castle were great. Croissant and coffee for breakfast, dinner when ordered, everything went very well for a relaxing and refreshing holiday. And finally, we booked this site because it is next to the river Creuse, my favourite river in France!

The staff and the other people on the campsite were very friendly. A wonderful place for natural beauty, wildlife, the beautiful river. I could park right next to the tent with w.c., showers and washing facilities close to hand. My meal at the restaurant in the evening was really delicious and fairly priced. A great place for walking and cycling with the beautiful medieval architecture of the nearby town very picturesque too. There is also a swimming pool.
