“5 star stay for a 3 star price - wonderful staff, food, and ambiance”
The staff were all wonderful - attentive, patient with the children, and very kind. The food was delicious and every attempt was made to meet all requests including special dishes for vegetarians and children. The facilities such as the pool and boot room were great and added to the feel of a 5 star stay

“Lovely stay at a friendly and comfortable hotel”
The staff made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Room was clean, comfortable and nice furnishings. Quiet location suited us well, we could ski directly from the hotel and great food

“A wonderful stay and we hope to come back again soon.”
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they were patient and encouraging with our French and even went and bought a chess board when they noticed us playing it on our phone. The food was also great, and they very kindly accommodated making a separate vegetarian option for us. The facilities were excellent, a marvellous jacuzzi and swimming pool looking out on the mountains and location was perfect, just by the lift for easy access to the slopes and to ski straight back to the ski locker room.

“A real treat”
A true hidden gem! The food and drinks were absolutely excellent, and the customer service was of the highest standard. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making the entire stay exceptional. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! This was our second visit and we'd love to come back next year.

“A lovely friendly comfortable and clean hotel”
Loved this little gem in the mountains. I cannot understand some of the poor reviews . This hotel is spotlessly clean (rooms newly renovated) The staff are so lovely and very accommodating including bar staff. Yes the pool is a bit cold but my sons & husband swam every evening & enjoying it. It’s at 28 degrees we were told. The owners are doing their best to provide a boutique hotel experience and in my opinion they are doing a good job. Still some work to do but we had a great skiing holiday here and absolutely would return. The ski in / out couldn’t be easier!

Absolutely lovely hosts who go out of their way to do the most for you. Nice lounge area and although the building is older they done a nice, modern renovation in the rooms and the beds are comfy. Merci!

“Amazing hotel, very attentive staff”
We really liked it there. Beautiful views, clean air, amazing people working in the hotel. They upgraded our room to family for free because the cot for our baby didn’t fit in the room we booked. They also wrote a note for us with instructions for really late check-in - very thoughtful. Thank you!

“Excellent family vacation”
Everything was beyond our expectations from the beginning to the end. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We celebrated Christmas and the birthday of our son and we struggled to find a cake, but Jean made sure to call the patisseries around from 6:00am to find one for us. After the dinner, the kitchen staff made sure the surprise was presented very well. The food every day was amazing and presented like in the 5stars restaurants. The location of the hotel provides the most spectacular views. It’s close to the slopes and tele-cabins, there’s also a free ski bus to take further up. The lounge is cosy with the fireplace. This place definitely stole our hearts and it’s we are already planning to visit in summer months too.
