Overview
Résidence touristique Lodge des Bois features a private beach and is located in the woods in Saint-Félix-d'Otis. The lodge overlooks the lake and offers a living room with a Murphy bed, a gas stove for winter evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a barbecue. It has a bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 of them in a mezzanine, and a bathroom. The private forest and the lake offers an array of activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming or relaxing by the water, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and more. Free parking is available.

The cabin is very cosy and well equipped. We felt right at home. Only a few steps away from a lake with some chairs and a dock to relax or take a swim.

great location in the middle of the nature; quiet and idyllic with access to the lake for swimming or just relaxing; very well equipped, with everything you need; all around it was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer

Amazing property and gracious host. The grounds are beautiful and has everything that you need. Towels, dishes and the basics are all included. The walk to the beach is beautiful, but very steep on the way back up. We even had fireflies around in the evening! Very clean and the shower is exceptional. Traveled with my 2 teenagers and we all had an amazing time!

The lodge is right in the middle of nowhere, what we really liked. As we arrived pretty late we had the opportunity to do a self check in after the check in time. The communication with the host was uncomplicated. The cabin itself was super comfortable, well equipped and really cozy. I can definitly recommend staying there. Me and my friends loved it!

Such a great getaway. We had a perfect stay. There are great hiking trails in the area, just a few steps away from the beautiful lake and the host (Alexandre) is such a great guy! Thank you so much for everything, hope we can comeback one time!

“Isolated in the woods but with all the comforts”
The small house is completely private at the end of a dirt road- you don’t see or hear any neighbors ( and vice versa). Everything is quite new ( built in 2017) and very well maintained and clean. Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped not only in quantity and variety of utensils but also in quality. The 200 walk down the private path through the woods brings you to a very well appointed private deck in a secluded bay of Lake Otis. Ample firewood and kindling are supplied as well. The most remarkable aspect is the diligence and responsiveness of the owner, Alexandre. He is always but a phone call away. As an example, when I notified him that the CD player was defective he came over in 5 minutes with a replacement. I was also impressed that there were several hiking trails starting right near the property. I did them all! Had a wonderfully relaxing 4 night stay.
