The house was good but the neighbour upstairs from 11pm disturbs like no tomorrow… with all the extra stapping it was almost like we were with the giant from jack and the beanstalk

“Good place near railway station”
The location was superb as it is just a stone throw to the railway station. The outside was rundown but once I get all the way to my apartment it is good. The apartment was good size, bright, clean and comfortable. Was able to feel at cozy there. Host help with informative video clip when I didn’t know how to open up the bed.

We have booked the property 3 hours before our arrival but we didnt get any instructions for entering property, when we arrived nobody was answering phone and replying messages, after calling booking.com customer service and waiting 30 minutes we got instructions, entrance of the apartment is not locked and doesn't feel safe, even though apartment is renovated hallway is very old and dirty. Apartment doesn't have enough bedding/towels etc for the 2 beds, and the ones provided was not clean. Also there was no soap/shampoo etc.

“Not a nice experience.”
It’s really close to the train station and it’s self check in. The bathroom was clean enough and there was a nicely equipped kitchen.

“Fine staying in St Etienne by the station”
The studio is very modern and clean. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable! There's all you need for a short staying in the kitchen, they even provided a few coffee pods and teabags which I really appreciated. It was literally 3mn from the station which was very convenient. It was very easy to communicate with the owners, they were very reactive when I needed them. The key box is by the door of the flat and easy to use. You just receive the code before your staying. I can't remember if I actually saw the pictures of the studio specifically on the website or the ones of another bigger flat they rent... But anyway, it was quite spacious for a studio and everything looked as modern as on the pictures that are out there.
