The gentleman who runs the hotel (Gilbert??) was marvellous. My friend developed shingles and became very ill. He organised the Pompiers to take her to hospital. He was brilliant and we were both so grateful.

“Great Staff and Comfy Bed, but Needs Better Cleaning”

The staff here were great—really friendly and incredibly accommodating when it came to our room booking. The bedding itself was clean, and the bed was very comfy, which we appreciated. The room layout was good too. ​However, the overall cleanliness really let it down. The bathroom was a bit "bleh" to the point where I was hesitant to touch anything, and the lack of a thorough clean made the stay feel quite uncomfortable. The property has great potential and lovely staff, but it just needs a proper, deep clean.

It was very quiet in the room, although it doesn’t have AC it was cool enough to sleep, it was decent size room with an excellent shower.

The young lady on the desk when we checked in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful. The breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereals and fruit, breads cheeses etc as well as eggs. The location was a little way from the centre but the bus stop was a pleasant 15 minute walk from the hotel. The buses into the centre of Rouen are frequent An added bonus was that the buses are free on a Saturday

I have stayed here quite a few times. It’s right on the route between Calais an Le Mans. Around 2.5h from Calais so a handy stop in either direction. Every time I have stayed the staff are friendly. It has been refurbished since my first visit.

We stay at the hotel on our travels through France. We always get a warm welcome from lovely staff. The rooms are a good size, lovely and clean and even coffee making facilities. The shower is amazing. Just what we need after a long drive and a good night's sleep on comfortable bed ready to go the next day.

Convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed

We were welcomed by a really friendly receptionist who gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Room was clean and had a new shower fitted that was very good. Parking was fine and all secure. We didn't have breakfast as left early, so can't comment on that. Great location for continuing our journey south.

Nice hotel for a short stay.
