“Practical and inexpensive place from which to explore Rouen”
Very welcoming Manager. Easy Parking. On a very frequent bus route to Rouen Centre and v reasonable cost - Manager explained where to catch it what number etc so v helpful

“No recommendations.”
Location is difficult to find behind a car wash place. I was sleeping and the staff person opened the door of my room by mistake . There was no toilet paper !!! Breakfast had not even cheese or croissant and the milk was mixed with water.
