The Hotel was very clean and pleasant. The staff were super nice and the food at the restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime!

Super handsome host. We were arriving through the mountain (GR10) with much delay and our very friendly host helped us to ensure we could still enjoy a late dinner (21:30) at a local restaurant (Café du Fronton, also recommendable!).

Very friendly welcome. Relaxed atmosphere. Good sized room with toilet separate from shower. Looks well maintained. Delicious evening meal nicely served. Excellent breakfast.

“Cosy little hotel and restaurant”
We really enjoyed our stay after a long day of hiking. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. There is also a restaurant + bar (one of the only ones in town) and they serve lovely hearty meals in the evening.

“Friendly, well-run, well-positioned and surrounded by great hiking country”
The village is lovely and seems to be thriving. The chocolatier offers superb hot chocolate and local cider. There is great hiking from the door and beautiful scenery. The roads are quiet and the footpaths almost empty in early May. The owners are very friendly and very helpful and the shower is excellent, which is appreciated after a long hike.
